From Monday to Friday,  in the space of 5 days you have to prove to yourself you are a leader because for a long time you didn't have these elements. To be a good leader you should be able to impact people and have these people impact positively on others too. All you have to do is bring them the sports complex, to discover an organisation. An organisation which  helps people change, to stop complaining and find solutions, which creates joy and harmony amongst it's members , where honour, integrity,  mission, vision, passion are taught. An organisation where just by entering into the hall, the energy transforms you. An organisation which  breaks 2 Guinness World Records in one day
