MLM is about directing people, making them see what you see and bringing them to achieving their dreams. Where you identify faults, learn from them and correct it.
When promotions are launched and you don't win, there is a leadership problem and you will learn when you decide not to miss any trip again. You can't keep telling people to do it without showing the way.
