MLM and capacity to lead people

Success in MLM depends on your capacity to lead people.

-No one is born a leader. We learn thé process of leadership and ameliorate through personal development.

- Personal development is the ability of being stronger than your problems.
-A leader is someone who makes people follow his opinion even though they dont feel obliged to do so.
- You become a leader when you are exemplary. People will follow you when they see you do what u ask them to do. Not when u tell them empty words.
- As a leader, you can exert your leadership in any domain. Home, work, church etc.
- Leadership is found in thé little things we do. Integrity, paying your debts, controling your emotions even in difficult situations etc.
- If you leave your home in the morning with no plan, u lack leadership.
- As a leader u must havé charisma. Physical, moral, emotional or spiritual charisma because u need to attract people towards u.
- You can change ur life by changing the way you do little things. Add enthusiasm. In leadership, 3 main aspects count.

•APTITUDE: Your know-how. You can learn this. You learn by doing something over and over and making errors and learning from them.

•ATTITUDE: Politeness. A leader should never ever speak rudely. Do not try to be understood. Instead, try to understand people. 

•ALTITUDE: A leader must grow, evolve to inspire others. It must be a constant challenge for him. You must see yourself improving everyday even in little things.

In MLM, if u don't have results, it means u are not working hard enough. If u work hard results will definitely follow.

A leader must be
•Honest and Always keep to his word.
•A leader must be authentic.
•A leader is not a motivator. He takes people to where he has already gone.
•A leader must dare and must not be afraid to try out new things. Behind every great success story is a multitude of failures. In Life, you fail your way to success.
-If you want to succeed in Life, u need to be fearless. If u fear, Forget success.
- Do not look for leaders who will be soft on you. Look for a coach who will push you to success.

MLM is not about selling products or sponsoring people. Nor is it about the marketing plan. It's about team building and leadership. Without the right leadership, we cant go far in this activity. We must fight and together we will all achieve our goals in this business.
