Very Fantastic Program especially if followed religiously

3X3
Maany people fail in life because they dont have a plan, a blueprint or goals

most just go with the flow and expect things will change then sudenly they  become 80

3X3 Teaches us to have Plans

in FFG it thisprogram has been created and simplified to help members have clear objectives and to achieve sucess in the business
It helps us to know what our business is otherwise we do business just for fun
(come for serminar, dance, listen and go home and nothing changes and years pass but nothing changes)

FFG Members should be able to have some measurement as benchmarks for sucess

3X3 will help uplines to know what their downlines want and as such permit them to offer accurate consultancy

Dont waste your time for a consultation that tells stories tht have zero relevance with this business

before you consult your upline, show him/her your 3x3 Program and he will be able to advice you accordingly

Here are the 3 things for 3x21

1: Do 3 Kindness to minimum 3 people in one day
(even simple things as smiling at someone to make them happy or saying a few nice words to left someone spirit
2. Choose 3 Cities/ Countries that will be developed this year ( depending on the level of your network) new members can take 3 neighborhoods
Build your own base and expand from there ( if you disperse your energy so much, you wont make it)
3. Choose 3 Things you want to achieve each year ( Material or non material)
imagine if you are consistent, in 10 years you must have achieved 30 significant things. Some people spend time and years go by but nothing really changes

- the more you grow yourself, the more sucess you will achieve
- It is very dangerous to be finacially rich but not personally developed because there are high chances we tend to become negetive influence to our society
- 3x21 gives us platform for intentional growth with consistency
- if you focus on growth, you will always hit goals

What is the 3x21 Program
Read 15 minutes each day
for beginners 5 pages a day
Listen to 1 hour audio program (minimum 30 Minutes)
take Notes
Report to your upline via audio caht for 5 minutes each day. from the books you read and dvd you listen and also today's activity or your plan for tomorrow
if you do not report it on that day, you must repeat it from first day
after 21 days it becomes a habit
as an upline, listen to downlines reports and make some points, also encourage them
direct uplins should handle 3x21 but can sometimes go down into deepness
if you have several forums you must prioritize ( Direct Sponsor, Downlines without active uplines and work with people based on their FFG Grade also prioritize downlines who are growing fatser) Always check with GM**  to ensure that the 3x21 program i properly organized
As uplinedont be lax on your downlines program, your destroying the downline and the system as well
Dont only listen to reply your downline, but for your personal growth
Those who dont apply 3x21 cannot be upgraded to next level in their mentoring program
if you finish reading the recomended books, begin the 15 Laws of growth by John C Maxwell
Always send report up to GM** so he can carry quality contr
NB: there is no compromise in this program
if downline sends report on time but it arrives late due to network or other issues, it should be considered as legitimate
Recomenmended to have a different phone and number for 3x21 if you can afford
3x21 and 3x3 are not for your uplines consumption but for your personal growth
Even if you dont have an active upline, keep on doing it (winner should never feel lonely)
if you can go through it yourself then imagine if we go through it together
the 3x21 pushes us to grow
Attitude is everything and 3x21 gives us to right attitude to face life and hence achieve sucess in many different areas of life
